One or both of your tank levelsensors will need replacing.

Not so fast on the fuel level sensors!!! The fuel tank pressure sensor is incorporated in the left side level sender. I've seen plenty of these fail, but they ususally set the P0460 code (electrical fault), not the P0455 (large leak). The flashing low level light is telling you that the EVAP self test for a large leak has failed. The P0460 will not cause the light to flash. As far as the right side level sender is concerned, it has nothing to do with EVAP.

A faulty purge valve is one possible cause for your problem. Another is an actual leak in the EVAP system. While the EVAP system isn't all that complicated, it isn't quite as simple as some people think. It's easy to diagnose properly if you have access to an SDS.

I agree, there is a leak in the evap system somewhere, the evap system is only tested when there is more than 1/2 tank of fuel, send me an email, i can send you some information
