Speedometer cable removal?
My speedometer cable doesn't work when it's cold until the car reaches around 30 mph. I think it just needs to be lubed. I have the lower dash panel removed, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get to the cable to remove it. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Also will white lithium grease be ok to lube it?

You need to snake your hand up there and find it by feel. You can unscrew it from the instrument cluster by hand, then pull it down a bit if you want to try to get some oil in it. I usually end up with my face facing rearward.
