Interior Reading Lamp Replacement???
 

Hello I searched the threads but could not find how the overhead light console is removed to service the “map reading light” on a 1992, 300D. Can someone please advise?

I believe the overhead light unit is secured to the headlinder with spring clips. Try gently pulling down the rear edge, and you should be able to replace the bulbs once it's out.

Also, the owner's manual should describe how to replace the interior bulbs as well.
