E320 1994 not starting
 

My E320 will sometimes not start after the engine was shut off. The engine is cranking but not firing. After 5-10 min wait the engine will start and run normally as nothing was wrong. I did read the error codes 2, 4 and 17 but don't know how to interpret them. Any had this happen and had a resolution?

which pin did you read those codes from? Pin 3 with the built in led/sw.?

Is the check engine light on?

I read the code from the led. the engine service light is also on.

do a search using 'codes'. Lots of posts even within the last week about these kinds of problems. Specifically there was a post listing the codes for the LED in the car.
