Thumbs up '86+ W126 fog lamp housing removal?

Anyone know how to remove these? I'd prefer not to break mine since they're pretty new (came on the vehicle).

Well, do you have a coupe or sedan? On the sedan, the fog lamp is in the headlight unit itself so you have to either remove the unit or just the headliget door depending on what you want to access. On the Coupes, the fog lamps are on the bumpers

though. i think.

i dont remember much about it but i did this on my sec and it wasnt that hard. actually i converted it from 84 style to late model style headlights.
