can i put a 230-16 head on a 230e 8 vavle engine?

I would imagine that you would have issues with the camshaft chain, piston crown shape (if not the whole piston/con rod assembly) then there's the intake and exhaust, the fuel injection and engine monitoring . . . since you're only asking about doing a head sway, I assume that you don't have the donor car . . . it can be done, for lots and lots of time and money with dubious cost/beneft results.
