Help with a couple of plugs

If my digital camera wasn't away being repaired I'd post a pic - but I can't.

In my never ending quest to trace all my vacuum lines, I've come across 2 plugs that were taped up.

They are on the group of cables which is next to the blower resistor (I think that what it is - the Frankenstein looking metal box with all the holes in it).

Both are female plugs, 2 pin. One is numbered 011 545 7128 and the other 012 545 0428.

What are they supposed to be plugged in to?? I ca't find any corresponding male plugs which should go into them.

Just near them it appears that someone has installed a fuse holder with 2 7.5 amp square plastic fuses in it. I suspect that this is for the aftermarket alarm which is fitted (only because it's close by).

This is all located between the radiator overflow tank and the front headlight - on the right hand side (remembering it's a RHD car).

Any suggestions???

Any parts number gurus have any ideas??
