Will '94/'95 E420 headlights fit my 92 300?

I've seen some headlight upgrades and was wondering if they are just headlights off newer cars. I found some for sale and was wondering if they would fit.

My car is a 300CE btw.

But (Hella & Bosch) Euros are available for your model year. Bekkers is one place that willl have them.
