Coyote Ugly C230!
This evening a coyote ran out of the bushes in the center divider of a 65 mph zone. It was starting to get foggy so I was only doing 50, but nailed it with the right front bumper, left old Wiley spinning off into the dark - presumably to get double-tapped by the cars that were coming up fast in that lane.
From what I can see it mostly destroyed the front bumper on the passenger side, and damaged the front wheel well liner and possibly the belly pan under the engine. It did pass completely under the car, however, so I checked to make sure the cat/exhaust pipe didn't get bashed in. From the rear, I can see the fuel filter/pump on the right side nestled back in a faring - I don't recall seeing it before. Is there supposed to be a rear cover over that housing? Car pulls slightly to the right, and I imagine I will get all the details from the body shop when I take it in, but are there any suggestions about what areas the shop should give their particular attention? Thanks for any feedback.
