Gas Tank Panel can't OPEN.

Hi All
I can't open the panel/door to my gas tank on the 94E320
Do I need to lock and unlock the doors? This is embarrassing. Help.

Can you open the boot?



there's a manual release on the inside of the boot.

If you can get into the pannel on the right side in the trunk, then you can manually pull back the vacuum actuator that is keeping it locked. and at least get some gas for starters.

Joe, the Owner's Manual describes how to open the door for the gas cap manually from inside the trunk.
