i have a 1988 300e that has hesitation at low rpms and high rpms sometimes and doesnt run very well and other times it runs just perfect sometimes it will hardly go at all and then runs like a top i have new plugs and fuel filter???

Do a search on Overvoltage Relay (OVP), on your right upper corner of the screen.
