Question to techs from tech,belt tensioner
 

HI to everyone on this site ,great place.
Just had back surgery, lower fusion, and now my belt tensioner goes south.
With new part in hand ,on 92 400E,this tensioner looks easy, too easy.
Book says 1.3hr.
Can i sneak this part in without taking out radiator? i have cd but new computer will not open them,this seems too easy for a 1.3 job.
Only 2 weeks from surgery but maybe wife can help.
this looks so much easier than a 300E
Hope this makes sense to someone.I want to do it in driveway,but cannot if radiator needs to be removed

You'll be able to sneek it out, even with the semi-tight quarters that the belt to radiator shroud clearance poses it is not that difficult.

Thanks for the reply.it is good to know this.I stopped at the parts house and looked at the other tensioner they had,for late 92 up. Mine is the early one with one long bolt through it.The later one looks much easier.Again thank you for easing my mind.
