89 560sel no ground to ICV
1989 560 sel
It appears that the ICV is not getting proper ground (per indie), any ideas of an inexpensive work-around? This is causing high idle (1300-1400) in park, and roughness during idle in gear. thank you |

The idle valve is completely controlled by the IDLE speed control unit.
Doesn't use a power/ground circuit BUT a pulsing voltage signal. That control unit is inside the car on the passenger side where the under-dash panel meets the carpet.
