All my lights show on, but, no heat coming from heater or air as well ?

So, is the problem that no air is coming out of the vents no matter what the setting? Does the blower motor run at all or not?

I DON'T THINK SO, MY WIFE REMEMBER IT COMING ON THAN GOING OFF AND COMING BACK ON THAN GOING BACK OFF. THAT'S WHAT I THINK IT IS?
IF IT IS THAT DO I NEED ALL THE OTHER PARTS OR JUST THE MOTOR?

ALSO, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY TWO WINDOW IN THE REAR. THE WINDOW HAVE TROUBLE GOING BACK UP. IS IT THE SWITCH ,MOTOR OR REGULATOR?
