Mercedes repair or manuel cd/dvd recommandations???????????????????

Hello can anyone suggest from personal experience what I should do or how to get a repair cd/dvd? I need on for W124 with E420 94' and W140 with S500 97'. I have done some research but still not sure. ebay has several different ones too. Should I just pay MBZ for the original disk, people have said they don't work with certain OS systems. Well, I have Windows XP, what will work with that. Or should I just pay for a subscrition from Alldata?

please help thanks.

I bought the DVD from MB and have been very happy with it. No issues yet. The link below gives their current catalog.

problem is with Ebay you don't know what you are getting....some of the CD based stuff on ebay isn't worth the postage.

for less than $25 an original MB manual on cd or DVD is a better bargain. IMHO.
