Nomenclature confusion-caster joints-380SE

What other name is used for "caster Joint" ? Comment on repair bill noticed "casoter joint protective boots are torn" Caster joints slightly noisy over bumps" I know its not the ball joints since these were replaced

"Brake force support bearings" might be what the technician is refering to, the adjustable rods will adjust the caster.

Probably also called guide rod mounts...

any of the listed terms refer to the same beast.
