I-Pod Kit
 

Does anyone know how entailed an I-Pod kit installation is? Is there any computer reprogramming required? I have a 2006 CLK 350 with the Harmon Kardon factory radio, and was considering purchasing the factory kit to install myself.

I think you're withholding some important information like:

what iPod kit?
what car?

Thats a bit important as theres many aftermarket iPod kits, the MB factory iPod interface, and lots of different stereo and car combinations.
