Can I use Bosch Plus 4 spark plugs in my 1998 MB ML320? BERNZ

Yes you can.
But, given the fact that you need 12 of them, I don't know if it is really worth it.
Quadruple electrodes are not always cost efficient, or necessarily that much better than single/double electrodes. ;)

Use whatever plugs are specified in the owners manual.

i would stick with the OEM plug for the car. It is a Bosch platinum plug, but it is a single electrode plug.
