Auxiliary Power from Fuse Box

Hello,

I have a 92 300D. I’m looking to pull power from the fuse box. I unscrewed the fuse tray and can look under it and see wire connections beneath the fuses held in with a screw. It seems easy enough to pull power from it but there are some things that look confusing.

1. There are fuse locations with fuses that have no wiring connected underneath.
2. There are empty fuse locations with wiring connected underneath.

Is the empty fuse spot with wires underneath for car options I don’t have?
Are the spots with fuses but not wires underneath jumpered or something?

Which should I pull power from 1 or 2? Is there an existing fuse that has a lot of capacity that I should pull from or is there a aux designated spot?

The label in the cover of the fuse box doesn’t seem to be right.

Thanks,
Jay
