86,. 420sel wipers and telescopic column not working help

I am having a problem with the wipers and the telescopic feature on my steering wheel, neither is working. I didnt have a horn either and i was given the advice to clean the fuses and now the horn works fine. I am not sure what do about these other two items ? should i replace the wiper motor ? i do not have my owners manual for the car its a 86, 420sel, is there a place that would let me see a diagram of the fuse box showing what fuse controls what feature , is it possible this could be electrical since both items do not work ? all the other features work,turn singles,horn etc all work fine,
need some advice on what to do , help thanks

Have you REPLACED the fuses? I had odd problems with my SD when I first picked it up... replaced them all and polished the contacts, everything worked again. Don't trust 20 year old fuses.
