Console switches on a '91 560SEL...question!

I just got myself a 91 560SEL (with 110k miles). I've been driving an 88 300SEL (with 209k miles on it) for three years and loved it, but decided I wanted the experience of the fully loaded model, and get something with lower miles. This car is awesome to drive. I'm loving every minute of it.

The car came without the manuals....ugh. I've ordered some new ones, but in the meantime curiosity is killing me. There are two switches, one on the center console and one of the center dashboard that I can't figure out. Anyone have knowledge of these?

Center dash panel, directly to the right of the hazard light... the symbol on it looks kind of like a tire with chains on it. When pressed, the red light stays on for about 5 minutes.

Center console, between the seat heater switches...the symbol on it kind of looks like a trumpet or a bullhorn. When pressed a red light comes on and seems to stay on.

Thanks everyone!

The switch with a tire with chains on it is a reduction of traction control. Snow chains don't work well (they say, been 35 years since I've driven in snow) unless the wheels slip a bit.

The late SELs had a two tone horn. The other switch changes the tone.

Not in a million years...

would I have gotten that without asking.

A two-tone horn? Wow.

Thanks very much.

I find it funny.... I started off with a 1988 300SEL but sadly it was totalled. I replaced it with a low mile 1990 560SEL.
