help please with 1983 280se euro.

ok i bought my first benz the other day i drained the fuel. it needs a tune up bad. anyway their was a wire harness disconnected near the fuel dist. i found out it's a cold start valve, i have no idea where the hell the wire harness can be. if anyone knows where the harness comes from i would appreciate it if u could let me know. plus their is a black wire harness sort of it looks like it just snaps over a sensore it doesn't have a release on it so i'm assuming that what ever it goes to that has the release on it. it's a single wire it's a black harness it's located behind the fuel dist. right near the master cylinder (brake) if anyone has any clue about this please give me a hand. plus does anyone have anyclue where to get euro parts off the internet from. i have tried everywhere and when i put in 83 mercdes 280 se doesn't come up. thanks rory

i found that

if i took the part number and supplied my favorite mb parts supplier with that he could get anything i needed. the other thing to do for common parts such as filters, is figure out which us model is most similar and try that.

most of the parts are the same, if you find the corresponding us car.
