Just purcased 2005 C230k
 

and I am taking it to the dealership on Monday for a recall of the drivers airbag. Is there anything I should ask the service advisor? I understand that there are somethings they are supposed to take care of during the 1st 12k..do you know what they are? I have no idea if the previous owner has done them..rotate tires..alignment..etc??

Look in your service maintenance booklet and read all that is entailed.

Yes..reading through all that stuff as we speak..looking for hints from owners as to what to watch out for..also, can I use my Indep mechanic for this vehicle? He used to work at the dealer...however, I don't want to void any warranty.
