vac pump

Hi, no, I mean the pump itelf. Sometimes; when I start the engine, I have no vacuum at all (I've checked with a syringe on a little connector) and at least 5 minutes after running, all works well. I deduct that a valve must be sticking !!
Here in France kits don't seem to be available; I've got the pump out and I have found on the top of pump itself, a screw-on connector to the fat pipe ,something looking like a valve... well..I thought that I chould replace all the valves including that one. "speak" to you soon I hope

sorry guys, more info

It is a 300D 124 130 ;of 1992. The full " Type " is 124 130 12 but the chassis is
124 1301 B679995. It is a very sluggish 3litres non turbo and I think the equivalent in the US is a 300SD.
the pump reference MB is 000 230 31 65 I have found the manufacturer of this pump ( PIERBURG) but still no luck, they dont supply the valves only...
