Thump under dash
90 sdl
When I turn my a/c off I get a thump from under the passenger side dash. According to the threads that came up under a search it is some insulation around a flap that has gone to dust. Where exactly is this flap and can it be reached without taking the dash apart? I would like to replace the foam to quiet it down. Don

not necessarily the flap....
vacuum pods leaking could be the culprit.... the air leaks out of the pod..and there isn't enough vaccum to shut it...but enough to keep it thumping... could be a combination of problems... in the 124 series...you have to take apart the dash to do all pods.... 5 anyway...
