95 E320 with Anti Skid Locked up
System has locked up rear wheels, as soon as throttle given in fwd or reverse. Is there a temporary fix to unlock? Car is stranded 800 miles from home & I don't want to let dealer at it

Can you expain what you mean? The ASR system has permanently applied the brakes at the rear wheels? It sounds more like a stuck caliper or e-brake than a malfunction of the ASR system. Perhaps a stuck caliper would cause the ASR to go into limp home mode (as the speed sensor is reading ~0, much less than the other sensors)
One {potentially dangerous} fix could be to remove the brake lines or hoses in the rear then crimp them off. If you do this, it is at your own risk and I would do this only as a last resort.
