Vinyl Armrest on C280

Hi

I own a 1995 C280 and the vinyl armrests on the MB-Tex front door panels have dscolored and turned dirty - is it possible to replace them w/o buying an entire new door panel? The parts guy at my local dealer says so, that they screw off, and are attatchd to the door panel buy screws, but they look like plastic pressure scres to me. Anyhow, can they be replaced and obtained individually? Please advise on how you would do that. Also, they squeak in hot weather - not the handle part of them, but the armrest part of them. I would appreciate any help in this matter. Thanks,
