I'm following the CD- manual procedure, which essentially says: 1 move seat into top position if have height adjustment.2. Push seat up forwards 3. unhook the spring,4. remove screw on slide rail and pull out slide rail, 5 unscrew screws on both seat guide rails rear 6....9 remove bolts front of rails... THE SEATS WON'T BUDGE!!!! |

According to the Hayes Manual for the LEFT seat:
Set the seat in the highest position, and push fully forward. Disconnect the return spring. Unscrew the bolt and pull out the side rail. Unscrew the rear guide rail bolts. (where applicable, on sedan models without height adjustment, remove bolt from the bracket at the side) Set the seat to the lowest position and push it fully rearwards. Unscrew the front guide rail bolts (and on coupe models disconnect the vacuum line to the automatic locking system), lift the seat front the vehicle. Installation is in reverse of removal. for the RIGHT seat: with the seat fully pushed forward, Remove the bolt and pull out the side rail. Remove both bolts from the side bracket. Push set fully rearwards. Remove the front guide rail bolts and lift seat from the vehicle. Installation in reversal of removal. |
If you are sure!!! you have all the bolts/screws out, kick the sucker as high up on the side of the seat back that you can reach, sequentially from both sides. That should jar it loose. Remember that it is very, very heavy.
