Code 19 question
 

I have a '95 E420 with 93K Last weekend I got a Check Engine light. Today my mechanic reset it and it was Code 19. He looked it up and it said something in the "emissions system being at their limit". He was busy and I told him that I would come back later. I then looked in the archives and found numerous posts about Code 19. They all said something about a new computer.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you do some more searching, you will find that instead of having to replace the entire module, you can just replace a chip. It is a clone of the one you have now, except the limits are increased.

Replacing the Eprom is easy, btw...(I did it in no time at all).
