NEED SCREW SIZE For Glow Plug Relay Ground Strap, Please!
Could anyone kindly tell me the exact size of the two screws that hold the ground strap down inside the box where it resides with the glow plug relays? (Like, for example: 3/8"-17: This would be 3/8", 17 threads per inch, I believe - this is the kind of information I need.) I am stranded next to a machine shop, and if I can tell them the exact size of the screws, they may be able to supply them and get me back on the road. The screws are metric, no? I thank you in advance for any information any of you can give me.

Glow plug screw size
Hi, Hope you are on the road by now. If you are not the two screws inside the relay are machine screws. I went out to look at a spare relay. The screws holding the relay itself down are sheet metal screws. the screws inside actually hold down a large fuse. It seems your troubles may be deeper if whoever is working on your car can't figure this out. Duct tape will hold the thing down to get you home! Was the fuse blown? Does the car start ? Sorry I do notknow the exact size of each screw.Good Luck! I dont like to hear anyone stranded. The screws are metric.
