Smile Intake Manifold m104 24 v

Gasket R & R ....how to do?
Question(S):
1. Factory (OEM) gasket is stuck on head...How to remove without damaging head surfaces.

2. To use a contact cement or nothing at all for re-installing? I'm thinking to use on the head only. Perhaps axle grease is good enough for this?

3. Original gasket actually appears re-usable...is this reasonable nowday in this Hi-tech world? Perhaps IMHO...

Should someone have actual experience I could use advise.
I'm currently trying to repair a coolant leak that developed in the head to heater core rubber hose (near clamp connection at Cyl HD). Other hoses were originally suspected so I removed the intake manifold to investigate...(PIA to remove the Intake....and I left it partially connected to some items). The famous short "U" shape coolant hose is looking OK....but I want to replace it now vs. later. This is located near No 5 piston...One clamp is hard to get the other one is impossible unless I totally remove the Intake manifold from the vehicle...which I'll probably do. Then there a couple of coolant pipes with O-rings I haven't even considered. Some else on a different "thread" suggested replacing the water pump while having the INtake manifold out of the way. My car has 83000mi....I'm doing the serpintine belt...
