Urgent Please Fender Removal

Can Someone In This Forum Perhaps Tell Me If The Removal Of The Front L/h Fender On A 350se W116 Is A Bolt And Nut Action Or Is There Spot Welding Involved?

Bolted on....but the original is GLUED as well! very good heat gun & putty knife or scraper needed..
