95 c36 heater core questions

i'm wondering if anyone knows if there is a drain for the heater core box that comes out right above the starter on a 95 c36 or c280 same layout. i have coolant comin out of a plastic lookin piece on the fire wall its too far down to reach from top and its blocked by the starter from underneath.

there is a plastic heater hose connector that always breaks that is in that area. that is likely the source of the leak. there are two different types available depending on if you have the heated washer bottle.
with heated washer bottle is 202-832-10-15
with out heated washer bottle is 202-832-11-15

is that connector still intact? coolant could be leaking from the other side and exiting the drain below from the vent area drain
