Lets Talk About Euro 280 Card And Injected
What I Would Like To Know Is, On The Euro M110 280 Motors, Is Cams And Heads The Same On The Fuel Injected And Carb Models?
Do They Have Tha Same Pistons And Compression, If Not What Makes The Diffrence? |
my fsm 110 book is at my favorite machinists shop. otherwise i would look this up for you.
i suggest you pick up a haynes manual for the 280e. about $13 new. or perhaps available used on internet. phil at fastlane may have it or i think even autozone has haynes manuals and prob could get it if they dont have in stock. sorry tom w |
Many differences...even differences from year to year...
What are you trying to do? is there some specific engine that you want to transplant? The HIGHEST horsepower euro M110 engines were made from 1980- The engine designations were 110.987/988/989/990 |
Trought A Contact I Got Hold Of A Brand New Sub Assembly Meaning Complete Engine Exept Head. This Engine Is A Euro M110 Carb Fed Motor.
This Sub Assemble Is Genuine Brand New Bought From The Agents Back In 1979, And Stored All This Time, The Engine Was Vacuum P-acked Since 1979 I Want To Fit Euro Head And Injection |
Again..what year head do you intend to install on that block & what year OR part number block do you have?
Carb engine pistons are VERY different than CIS injected motors & they are different than EFI injected pistons. |
i have an 1979 euro card fed block, and i want to install 1985 w126 280se head with fuel injection
