no cold air...odd symptoms

Yesterday,everything on my '87 300SDL was working fine.A/C included.This morning...I turn key and glow plug lights,but the buzzing sound that goes with it is not 1/4th as loud as it usually is.Car starts fine.Moving along,I notice the speedo is not working...nor is the odometer.Next,I put on theA/C..no cold air,but the hot works!Are these all related?What's up here??? Thanks for any help!!
