Integrated cell phone in 94 E420

I always wanted to have a hands free phone in my car and finally I got it but to my disappointment I found out that it can only be used it with AT&T or Bell Atlantic cell phone service. That's just unacceptable because in NY area their service just sucks. Does anyone know of a way to use the factory cell phone speaker and mic with my Sprint cell.
