the wagons seem to get a premium.
I would ask a couple of basic questions--- do you have service records...and has the a/c evaporator been done.... i think i could live with most other anomolies if the price was closer to 4500...maybe 5k... now if he shows me recent receipts for a redone a/c system.... my thoughts might change a bit more....

I would say it is unlikely you will find a 15 or 20 year old 300TE in perfect condition. I bought a 92 TE about 7 months ago. If you are interested in what I did to the car which may give you an idea of what to look for PM me you email address and I'll send it to you my list. It's quite long.

As some people know, we just bought an 88 300TE.
Nice condition but not perfect and some issues to resolve... We paid $3000, and have spent about $200 so far in fixing them... A/C now working and stalling issue was the OVP relay. Here is the link... maybe a help for you.. http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/showthread.php?t=150310
