Electrical Problem, 2000 E320 SW

Awhile back I had a problem with the car not starting. It would crank over but wouldn't fire. It appeared that the ignition system and fuel pump wasn't coming on when I cranked it over. After letting the car sit for a few days it would start. I took it to the local Mercedes dealer and their diagnostician couldn't find any problems. I then posted a thread on Mercedesshop and several members suggested that I replace Crank Position Sensor (CPS). I did that and haven't had anymore problems starting the car. Before I replaced the CPS the intermitent windshield wiper wasn't working properly, the CD player won't work unless I fiddled with the controls and the rear turn signal bulbs were burning out at an alarming rate. After replacing the CPS the car performed properly for about 2 months. Now I'm having a rash of burned out external bulbs. I had to replace a $100 low beam bulb, a $15 front parking light bulb and three rear turn signal bulbs. When I remove the rear turn signal bulbs it doesn't appear that the filaments are burned through. I've had the alternator discharge checked and it appears normal. Anyone out there have any idea what gremlin is messing with my electrical system. Thank you. Geored
