1995 E320 Blower Inoperable Occassionally - Resistor?, Blown Fuse?, or Motor Itself?

Hello Again - You can tell it's summer...another A/C question.

On the '95 E320, the blower does not operate occassionally, especially if the engine is very hot. Today, for instance, the engine operating temperature was above or near 100C. I pressed the A/C on (it had been on the zero) and the blower speed was set at AUTO. No air blew from the vents in all fan speed settings. I performed a search and found that A/C blower problems are common on earlier W124s. I cannot seem to limit the possible problems and solutions, however. Any idea where to begin???
