Where is the filter located on a 1995 C280 6cyl ?

At the back of the engine compartment, behind the block. It is in a cannister with a black plastic cap.

you will want to look from the top side of the motor, not the bottom.

One moe question, has anyone used the Topside Oil Changer ? Isn't it better to take out the plug and drain from the bottom ? I thought the topside changer would be good for quick oil changes.......
