My 1998 320E wagon needs a new battery. Anything in particular I need to be concerned with here? Resetting anything computer-wise, etc?

Make sure you have your radio code.
You will probably have to synchronize the windows afterward.

What about having a small 12volt battery power source that you could clip lead to your cables while you are changing the battery. Make sure that every dome light is off. A small, say 2 to 4 amp 12volt battery source would work.
