2000 S430 Steering vibration, HELP!

Hi all, I posted a thread earlier and I thought it was the wheel bearing on my 2000 S430, but I checked both front bearings and they were tight... I had new tires, had all the tires balanced, but I still have a little bit of vibrations at speed over 60mph.

There are 2 lower control arm and 1 upper control arm on the W220, does anyone knows which one fails most often? I looked at the bushings on both of the lower control arms, they looked ok to me and they are not torn or deteriorated... any idea anyone?
