I apologize if it has been covered here, but I went through the archives reading about it, but still don't have a firm grasp as to what it is and what it does. Are there other mods you should do along with a larger throttle body? And what kind of performance increases, if any, do you get?

I think throtlle body,to a carburator is the venturi.
