94 S 600, my air will not blow on high???
 
My air works on low speed but will not go to high. I ve tried turning it to max but no luck. Need help please !!!!

Try jumping battery voltage direct to the motor. If it runs high speed that way, usually it's the regulator.

where is the motor ?
 
And where is the regulator please...for the a/c blower that is

Motor is under the panel on the cowl, need to take that panel off and it's under the ventilation filter, right side of the car. Regulator screws to the top of the blower frame.
