83 380 sl timing

At what degrees should it be timed, 700RPM dizzy vac advance disconnected?

380sl timing

ok 116.962 engine. without vac at 3000rpm=25 deg at idle with vac 13-19 deg at 1500rpm without vac 11-15 deg installation value at starter speed tdc hope this helps.
