123 cruise control amplifiers

I have several cruise control amps from former cars. One of them was working, but I don't want to sell them on Ebay without knowing if they all work, and I have no way to test them. Does anyone know of any company that buys them to refurbish. I remember that one firm was paying $40.00 each at one time, but I lost their name.
