wind buffeting
I've got a 1993 300E and like to drive with the widows down but the wind buffeting on the drivers side is excessive, it's to the point where I just don't roll it down. Any suggestions?

sunroof closed or open, or doesn't it matter?

Open the driver's side rear window. You should notice a huge difference then.

Sunroof open helps a very little; rear windows open helps a little too but no matter what with the drivers window down it's brutal!

Mine doesn't have any buffeting, but usually the solution on vehicle's past is to crack the passenger rear.

Excessive buffeting can be caused by tires which are out of balance. Start there.
