My wife's '92 500 SEL has one of 4 power windows that works the way it should--luckily it is the driver's window. Both rear windows will not go up all of the way the first time, and have to be coaxed up. Seems like they need lubrication, the motors are undersized, or that the switch contacts are dirty or a combination of the above.
The front passenger window will open itself back up a few inches after you shut it. Very strange--haven't got a clue what is going on here. Any ideas? Also, how easy is it to remove the rear door panels so I can take a look? |
