1999 C230 Kompressor Starting Problems

Help Please! My 1999 C230 Kompressor has a rough start. Takes about 5 minutes or so then idle smooths out. Seems to be getting worse the colder it gets. Has 115,000 miles on it. Really jerks hard until idels out. Any suggestions?

First thing is to check for any codes and go from there.

MB Kompressor engines have a PCV valve to control crankcase ventilation.

IF that valve sticks (& they do) then you will have oil in the intake area. That oil doesn't burn well & also causes damage to the Mass air flow sensor.

Have those systems checked for oil.
