INPUT on S500 Coupe please
 

Now that I own an E class my friend wants to sell his S500. He is the second owner and purchased it with 65K. It now has 110K on it. Selling due to divorce. Anyways its in good condition and everything works...suction etc. What do you guys think I should pay for it? It has AMG 18 inchers and Lorienser exhaust. Also what is your input on this body style and year. It is a 1995 so I do not know if it is prone to the wiring harness breakdown problem. Any info to help me decide to buy or not let me know.

It is prone to wiring harness problem, if not already done, but it's a reasonable DIY job and a mere $543 part (Buy Parts above). I wouldn't let that get in the way if it's a nice car. But prices are depressed - because it's a Mercedes. You can check out prices at traderonline.com, cars.com and ebay.
